Hi, I'm Kim, crafter and artist. My embroidery work is a joyful exploration of color, texture, and the enchanting details of the natural world. I adore so many mediums but lately embroidery and textiles have my heart. I attempt to merge two things. one whimsical painting and vibrant color and intricate botanical embroidery.

My paintings use a bold, bright palette to transform everyday landscapes into magical, dreamlike scenes. Side by side with my canvas work, my embroidery brings nature to life in a tactile way. Using a variety of detailed hand-stitches, I craft colorful floral patterns, delicate foliage, and whimsical botanical designs that literally pop off the fabric.

I enjoy the idea of creating tiny gardens and lush inspiring layouts. With every new white canvas I attempt to create a new organic world of stitches. A needle, some thread, and a few hours of quiet are things I enjoy. in the world that moves so fast. stitching wildflowers and all sorts or botanical florals is my favorite way to slow down.
