Building on sometHing beautiful!

I’ve been in the midst of a lot of artist challenges and growth! It’s that season where I look at what I’ve been learning over the months and I begin to see new things in my work and sketches. When most artist say that you have to do the work that is a fact that I’m learning is very true and not just a cliche!

I visited a few museums over this summer in Philadelphia and really got to take a look at a lot of artist work! Fell in love with the pointillism movement and the beautiful world of Seurat and Cezanne! Fell back in the love with Matisse’s use of color! I’ve been diving head first into color these days!

I’ve always loved colors with a lot of grey or peach or just colors way outside of the color wheel but also taking into account where those colors fall into the color wheel!
